Eric Scott is a 3rd generation real estate broker and born-and-raised native of Colorado Springs. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he majored with a triple emphasis in Finance, Marketing, and Information Systems and had the incredible good fortune of meeting his future wife, Erica. He moved to Denver after college and spent over a decade in the tech industry – initially working for a startup software company and eventually managing a large strategic consulting division implementing enterprise-level network integration systems.

Eric had the honor and privilege of learning about real estate from his late father and local real estate icon, Stuart Scott. Stuart taught Eric core principals of treating all people with respect and valuing integrity and reputation above all other pursuits in the world of business. In 2009, Eric joined the Stuart Scott Ltd Group at ERA Shields Real Estate and formally joined the ranks of the real estate community. Throughout the ups and downs in the market during the past decade, Eric has enjoyed success by listening with purpose, distilling deep-dive data analysis, and focusing on both educating his clients and also empathizing with them.

Eric was the #1 top producer in the state of Colorado for the ERA franchise in 2012 and 2016 , the #1 top producer at ERA Shields in 2012, 2016, and 2017 and was a member of ERA Leader’s Circle from 2011-2017. Eric moved to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 and has continued to excel.  He is a member of Elite 25 of Colorado Springs and has helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals.

Adding value to his community is a privilege, and Eric is an active volunteer working with Cheyenne Mountain D12 schools – serving in the past as the Chair of the D12 District Accountability and Accreditation Committee and Treasurer of Friends of Cheyenne Mountain Schools and currently as the Vice Chair of the Tradition of Excellence Foundation. He is also on the Board of Directors for the UC Health Memorial Hospital Foundation and Board of Trustees for the Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation.

When not in the real estate realm, Eric can be found hiking one of the many trails in and around The Springs, enjoying live music all along the Front Range with Erica, and striving however unsuccessfully to be a “cool” dad for his son and daughter.
